Giulio started his PhD research at the University of Luxembourg in 2017 in partnership with ExaMotive, a Luxembourgish tech start-up. During his studies in Civil Engineering at the Sapienza University of Rome from which he graduated in 2016, he started a collaboration with the MobiLab in the domain of Electric Buses and Energy management. Today, his PhD project deals with innovative transportation systems in agent-based simulation environments. He focuses on the supply side of sharing mobility and on the development of a tool to evaluate the most suitable sharing service for both the user and the provider with an emphasis on societal and environmental impact.
